Small basement for short periods,  no clothes’ washing facilities.   Laundromat nearby.      45 euros per  day.  30 in low season.    Available for a 6 to 12 month period if necessary when there are no other bookings.

1 day period, as hotel cleaning process

15 day renting periods have one change of sheets and 2 sets/changes  of clean towels are given in the beginning.

1 mth or more,  the tenant will do his own cleaning and washing.

For long periods, 450 per month, 90 euros forfeit for utilities.
