R E G U L A R RELOCATION SERVICE PACKAGE FOR TENANTS
The standard italian real estate agency fee is equal to one month’s rental value plus vat.
When requesting for a “SETTLING IN/OUT/DURING SERVICE AGREEMENT”, (see this agreement in the “Service Agreement” in “HOME”

-ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE CHECK LIST AND VISIT ASSISTANCE/DOMESTIC HELP ASSISTANCE
– PROPERTY SEARCH, ASSESSMENT, CONTRACT FORMALITIES, HOME CONDITON AND CONTENTS AND TEMPORARY HOUSING NECESSITIES
-INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL SEARCH
-UTILITY SET UPS AND MOBILE CONNECTIONS/SET UP MAIL FORWARDING
-NEIGHBOURHOOD AND TOWN INFORMATION
-ONLY OFFICE HOUR ASSISTANCE
-MEDICAL, LEISURE AND PURCHASING ADVICE
-MAINTENANCE ADVICE AND GENERAL ASSISTANCE ON IMPORTANT MATTERS
(This “Regular” agreement has a small cost, and only once a year where as the “Extra” services below have an individual cost and depend on the length of time
needed and these also, you can be assured, have small costs. In most cases the above agreement may be included in your only and initial agency fee, ask for these details, it may be worth your while)
